Teaching myself to Knit!

So I decided that I wanted to learn how to knit. I can crochet but knit looks prettier.

My first project I found on pintrest, a beanie, it was small so I cold see the finished work quicker than a much larger project.

Started with round knitting needles then switched to double points because the top was to tight to keep knitting on the round.

Finished product.. its actually the second beanie I knitted because the first was horrible. This isn't that neat but is much better.

I will be trying out some other new techniques and expand my skills. The internet has been such a great resource for all kinds of ways people tackle things.
