I have been away because some major life stuff has been happening. Orders are still coming in and I have only neglected my blog.
But here I have made a bag for the pieces of plastic snaps that I use for the button covers I sell on Etsy.com
I fairly easy project. I didn't make a pattern just cut out a rectangle that that would fold into threes lengths wise and threes again width wise.
Three pockets to separate the different pieces of the plastic snaps. These are KAM snaps that are put on with a special tool, not sew on.
I used a round string of elastic as a closure. You can see the stitching on the bias tape that I did to secure it into the seam.
This seemed like the best option for these snaps because they are always getting loose or poking holes in the plastic bags.
