Home made G-tube button covers with super soft lining!

So these are G-tube button covers. I've made them all and when I need to I make more. these simple little circles of scrap fabric can do wonderful things for a tube. They can keep granulation tissue from building up around the tube and also keep it dry so it doesn't grow any nasty's.



 This is a pic of the material I use for the back of the button covers. Its a very plush and soft material because the skin around a tube can be very sensitive. The top fabric is just for fun.

Those who have G or GJ-tubes have the choice to use gauze or these cute washable covers. Some covers can be made with hook and loop tape as a closure or these plastic snaps shown in picture.
