Home made cord keepers, a 'wireless' solution!

So here is a classic example of reusing or what some might call creative thinking.
What Im showing in this first picture is the cord being kept neatly wound up by a wire bread tie. Several issues with this one, have you ever had a problem with the wire being wound to tight that you cant figure out how to unwind it? or the paper covering coming off the wire or the wire itself breaking from being bent too much? Well I don't.

So here in picture number two I have sewn a strip of fabric that's about 4.5" long and 1.5" wide, with hook and loop strips on opposite sides of the strip. The result has kept my tangle fairy out of work and I do love the fact that their is no metal in this solution.

I call them the tangle fairy deterrent! No more shall I have tangled cords!

Thanks for reading stay fresh and happy sewing!
