'When Life Gives You Limes' Painting

I made this painting of a lime and cupcake. Its no Rembrandt but I think the idea is still being communicated.

I really like the idea that both don't last very long but they are one of the same and with a little creativity the sour was made into a sweet treat.
Kind of like life's moments, there are good ones and bad ones but both good and bad moments pass. The sour moments may seem to last longer than the sweet but when you really look at them they both don't last.
The lime on its own can be bitter and sour. So its like all the ingredients to make the lime into a cupcake are your friends and family. With support from others its easier to get through the bitter moments or change them into sweet moments.
