Since I make these a less traditional way I start by sewing the lining and the shell. I make two casings for elastic to fit through, because I think this is a safer design than the tie back.
Then I sew the front's together.
And then comes the crown of the mask. This part I am most proud of because it is a challenge to get the piece in there perfectly especially the first time. It takes a lot of pining and patience.
Quite a bit left to do but so far its coming along nicely.
